Terms & Conditions

For all my tours conformation of your place can only be guaranteed on receipt of a non- refundable deposit. The balance being due no later than 12 weeks prior to departure.

A reservation is made once a booking form, together with a deposit, has been received from you. Craig Jones Wildlife Photography then confirms the booking in writing via email or post. Provisional bookings can be held for 14 days pending receipt of a completed booking form.

Deposits for all photo tours are non-refundable. Unless notice of cancellation is received prior to the balance payment date, balance monies will remain due and payable. 

Once you have paid your final balance the total amount is non-refundable. By paying your deposit and payment you agree to these conditions.  It is your responsibility to take out travel insurance, which includes covid to cover and be prepared for all eventualities.

If you cancel your one to one, workshop or tour for any reason then you won't receive a refund. This is because ground services, costs and guides will have been paid for and secured in advance.

In the case of covid, your workshop or one to one will always be valid. You can move the date(s) of your workshop, one to one until your day or workshop is taken. Please make sure you take out insurance to cover any issues arising from covid. 

Prices are quoted on current rates and all prices are quoted in UK Sterling. Craig Jones Wildlife Photography reserves the right to apply a surcharge should an unexpected local rate increase occur including statutory increases beyond our control.

We will of course try to avoid this at all costs. By committing to the trip and paying the deposit you agree to this surcharge if it is necessary. If you decide not to pay it and pull out then you will not be entitled to any refund.



Craig Jones Wildlife Photography reserves the right to change the itinerary of any holiday due to circumstances beyond his control. Any significant alterations will be notified to you. Craig Jones Wildlife Photography can accept no further liability.

Wildlife is unpredictable and Craig Jones Wildlife Photography cannot guarantee that the wildlife will be seen or that photos will be obtained. The photo tours and workshops are based on wild animal behaviour for which we cannot accept any responsibility.

All names and addresses held on the Craig Jones Wildlife Photography mailing list are held on computer.  We do not store any information.

 

Insurance Indemnity

Craig Jones Wildlife Photography cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, or for personal accident or injury: all activities are entered into at your own risk, although Craig Jones Wildlife Photography is covered by worldwide public liability insurance. 

In order to cover yourself for an unfortunate change of personal circumstance or an unforeseen medical condition it is a fundamental condition of all our workshops, photo-tours that you take out sufficient travel insurance to cover this eventuality. This must also cover cancelation due to COVID19.  

Covering cancellation and curtailment, medical and emergency expenses (including repatriation), personal accident, injury and death in addition to loss of/damage to luggage and possessions, personal possessions and flight cancellations/delays.

You are responsible for your own personal medication and it is essential that you bring extra supplies with you.

By ticking the declaration box on our booking form you acknowledge that Craig Jones Wildlife Photography has taken all reasonable steps to safeguard its liability in this respect.
